Born in Australia to a multi-cultural home, I’ve had a 20+ year career as a marketer, hospitality specialist, tech enthusiast and entrepreneur, in a variety of industries and commercial settings.
I started my professional career as a Program Manager to the Public Affairs Officer at the American Embassy in Cyprus, followed by an academic teaching assistant gig at the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton Hotel School while studying for my graduate degree. Roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Starwood International quickly followed during my 3-year tenure living in the US.
After moving to the UK in 2001, I began my European career agency-side, working on a broad portfolio of accounts including; Intel, Unilever, Vodafone, Motorola, Lamborghini, and Cisco. This was followed by progressively senior technology marketing roles client-side, working with Oracle, Dell and Polycom. I co-founded my own business – The Art Addition, followed by a short stint at a mobile tech startup Netbiscuits, where I built a global marketing function. I worked as a freelance marketing consultant to startups like Cloud 66, and completed mid-term innovation projects with Equinix and Informa. I joining Amazon in 2017 to build the Startup Marketing function, later joining the Games business in an effort to deepen engagement with game communities across EMEA, and ending my tenure with Amazon as a Marketing Principal, working on cross-portfolio innovation projects. I’m currently the VP of Marketing at Vamp, a global creator marketing and influencer platform.
A Fulbright scholar and professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I have experience in every facet of marketing. As a credible all-rounder, my primary sector expertise covers the technology, retail and hospitality industries, with a strong functional focus on brand innovation, the creator economy, go-to-market strategies, digital transformation, and customer lifecycle marketing. I also advise startups as a non-executive director.
