I was born in Australia to a multi-cultural home. I’ve had a long career as a marketeer, tech enthusiast and entrepreneur, in a variety of industries and commercial settings.

I started my professional career as a Program Manager to the Public Affairs Officer at the American Embassy in Cyprus, followed by an academic teaching assistant gig at the University of Houston, Conrad Hilton Hotel School while studying for my graduate degree. Roles with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Starwood International quickly followed during my 3-year tenure in the U.S.

After relocating to the UK in 2001, I worked agency-side for five years on a broad portfolio of accounts including; Intel, Unilever, Vodafone, Motorola, Lamborghini, and Cisco. This was followed by progressively senior technology marketing roles client-side, working with Oracle, Dell and Polycom. I co-founded my own business – The Art Addition, followed by a short stint at a mobile tech startup Netbiscuits, where I built a global marketing function. I’ve worked as a freelance marketing consultant to startups like Cloud 66, and completed mid-term innovation projects with Equinix and Informa. After joining Amazon in 2017 to build the Startup Marketing function, I did the same again for the games business in an effort to deepen engagement with game communities across EMEA. Today, I’m a marketing principal working across the Amazon portfolio, and advise startups as a non-executive director.

A Fulbright scholar and professional member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, I have experience in every facet of marketing. As a credible all-rounder, my primary sector expertise covers the technology, retail and hospitality industries, with a strong functional focus on brand innovation, go-to-market strategy, digital transformation, and lifecycle marketing.
